Sigh. My poor muffins. I have found an AMAZING blueberry muffin recipe that the whole family loves. I make a double batch every other week or so and throw them in the freezer to eat for breakfast during the week. I got all gung ho tonight to whip out a couple batches before bed and in my hast I used baking SODA instead of baking POWDER. Which resulted in these pitifully flat muffins. But on the upside, they still tasted delicious and got eaten with minimal complaints.
