Half Marathon, I Can Do It!

Check out my fanciness!  I decided before Christmas that I was 100% committed to doing the OKC Memorial 1/2 Marathon.  I have been running quite a bit but I always do better with a plan.  It's the Type A.  And I am doing the Duncan Simmons Center Triathlon in February so I also need to be training for that.  I printed of several training programs and merged them and created my very own personalized training schedule to fit everything I have going on.  It looks great on paper.  Now I just have to stick to it.  1 week in and I am doing good so far!
