Future Hoarder

Have you ever seen the show Hoarders?  If not you need to.  I fear Macy is headed down that road.  The kid saves everything and throws nothing away. She has too many "collections" to count.  Her latest is sticks.  She has to pick up every stick she comes across.  She looks everyday when we walk home from school and brings at least 1 home, if not more.  I finally made her move her collection outside.  But here is her stick collection.

Another example of why I think she is going to become a hoarder.  I recently cleaned out my purse and threw away an empty bottle of hand sanitizer.  Later I see her walking through the house with it in hand.

Me:  Macy, did you dig that out of the trash?!
Macy:  Um yeah.  There was still some left.
Me:  No there wasn't. 
Macy:  Yes Mom, SEE!  (as she shows me this minuscule film on the bottom of the bottle, that I am pretty sure no one could ever actually get out).
Me:  Macy, if you want hand sanitizer I have some brand new bottles in the bathroom.  Do you want me to get you one?
Macy:  No!  There is some left in this one!  As she walks off and saves the bottle.  The child seriously won't part with anything!
