The girls played their last soccer games of the season today and the weather was beautiful! We also celebrated Macy's 8th birthday with family. Macy wanted a cheesecake for her cake and she got a balloon animal making kit and made this dog. She's so good at it! It was such a great day!

I have searched high and low for new shoes (the fancy ones didn't work out). I wanted a different color so bad but none fit right. I HAD to have new shoes before the race so due to time constraints I ended up buying the exact same pair I already had. Oh well. At least I'm ready for the race!

A couple days ago I was cleaning and found one of the many toothpicks Jason leaves laying around. As I was headed to the trash it poked my finger and I didn't think much of it. Several days passed and it started to get majorly infected. I kept hoping it would go away but I finally went to the doctor today and it is most definitely infected and needed an antibiotic. Ridiculous.

I have ran literally hundreds of miles in my shoes and wearing the same types of socks and never got a blister until today, and I only ran 12 miles. I guess my feet were super soft from all our swimming over the weekend and that's what caused it. Boo!

The kids had a great Halloween and the weather was perfect. All their costumes turned out adorable. Macy was Cleopatra, Mackenzie was a ladybug and Noah was a skunk. They all looked so cute in their costumes but Noah's was hilarious. His tale wagged when he walked and he kept squatting to "spray" things with his tail, it was hilarious.
When the girls got home from school Noah unwrapped all their suckers am took a lick of each on and then left them in a neat little pile for them. They were not too happy with him!
An lastly Mackenzie won her classroom pumpkin because she guessed the closest to how many seeds were inside. A very eventful Halloween!!
