Cuties!
Thursday, December 9, 2010
I think I squealed a little in Wal-mart today when I saw these. These are all of our absolute favorite fruit!! They have been out of season and so we haven't had any in a few months. AND last year the only place I could find them was Homeland (and they were like $6.00 a bag which is ridiculous) and Sam's which is in Lawton. I am sooooo excited the Wal-mart here is carrying them!!!

Michael Buble'!!!
Wednesday, December 8, 2010
Tonight was the much anticipated Michael Buble' concert!!! It was my third one and Macy's first. She has loved Michael Buble' since she was a baby.
So excited!
My BFF Carrie.
Aunt Ray-Ray!
There he is!!!! We had pretty good seats on the floor. He is so amazing in concert!
Ginormous screens to magnify his awesomeness!
Macy's mid concert power nap. It didn't even start till 9:00.
We were toward the back on the floor but they told us before the concert started that mid concert they were going to set up a small stage directly next to our section and he would come back and since a few songs. We were THIS.CLOSE!! I touched his arm when he walked by!!
We are breathing the same air!!
Toward the end of the concert an usher came over and told me I could take Macy all the way up to the front as far as we could go so she could see better. We got to go all the way up to the second row!!
The last song that he sang he took off his microphone for the last verse of the song. You could hear him all the way through the Ford Center. He has the most amazing voice!!!
Someone on the stage handed this autographed picture to Macy as the concert was ending. I was holding her but I had turned around for a second to talk to a lady behind me and when I turned back she had this!! She said someone on stage handed it to her. I am pretty sure it was one of the band members. It pays to have a cute 6 year old with you!

The Elf on the Shelf
Tuesday, December 7, 2010
This is Jack. Our Elf on the Shelf. I bought this for the girls last Christmas and it has been a HUGE hit!! It really is super adorable. The book explains how Santa sends elves to some children's houses to keep an eye them. Each night the elf reports back to Santa how they have behaved. But the fun part is each night Jack hides in a new spot! Each morning the girls race out of bed trying to find him. Some mornings he leaves the girls little surprises. It is so fun to do these things with the kids because they still believe in the magic of Christmas!

Little Baby Bully!!!
Monday, December 6, 2010
Some other jerk baby bit my sweet angel baby at daycare today : ( Seriously it looks so terrible!! His little cheek is all red and bruised. I know the day will come when Noah is not so nice to some other kid but right now he is just so helpless! He doesn't even crawl so he can't get away. He just sits there all sweet and innocent like a little target.
Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree!
Sunday, December 5, 2010
We put up our tree yesterday afternoon but I forgot to take a picture until today. Unfortunately we haven't found a place around here to cut down a tree but there is a Kiwanis group that sells them here in Duncan. We let the girls pick out the tree and they did SO good! It's so pretty and full. I love Christmas!!

Duncan Christmas Parade
Saturday, December 4, 2010
The girls got to dress up as angels (devils in disguise) and ride on the float with the Dance Academy of Duncan for the Duncan Christmas Parade. Macy got to ride on it last year but Mackenzie was too young. So Mackenzie was super excited to get to ride this year!
In place and ready to go!
Their nativity scene float.
Noah was such a trooper (as always) even though it was pretty cold! He loved watching all the floats, cars, and bands go by!
After the girls float got to the end they came back with us to watch the last part of the parade. The have been to enough parades to know the more you wave the more candy you get. They wave manically at every car that comes by!
The girls also had their Christmas ballet dance this morning and here are the links for the videos.

A 4 Year Old Loose With My Camera
Friday, December 3, 2010
Mackenzie found my camera on the table and I caught her about 10 minutes later snapping pictures all over the house. These are some of the highlights...
Our couch...
Up close and personal with Doc....
A pumpkin that I haven't got around to putting up yet...
The fireplace...
And her grubby finger that got smudges all over my lens.

Amber Teething Necklace
Tuesday, November 30, 2010
I have been waiting for this for weeks! I ordered this necklace for Noah but it is made in Europe so it took quite awhile to finally get it. It is an Amber Teething Necklace. I have read about them the last several months and finally decided to order him one before he gets into full blown teething mode. Amber is a natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory. They are supposed to be completely amazing! And it looks super cute on! Here is a link that explains more about Amber jewelry.
