I never thought it was weird that we had an entire drawer in our fridge devoted to cheese. Me and Jason have since we got married. Apparently we eat more cheese than the average person. But this drawer stays full of cheese in all forms. Luckily our children inherited our fondness for cheese of all shape and size.

This is what I found when I opened the fridge. RIDICULOUS! We have a 1 cup per day rule (that clearly wasn't being followed) for this exact reason. But in the kids defense, the 2 open Diet Dr. Pepper's and the yellow cup is mine.....

Cutest kids on Earth! They had to wear as much green as they could get on themselves. And Noah got to rock his super cute outfit I made him.

We headed up to the zoo for a Family Fun Day. It was Noah's first time at the zoo!
We got to see the new elephant exhibit. It is so nice! The elephants have tons of room and it's so pretty.

Noah found the girls headphones and couldn't figure out what they were. I put them on his ears and the thought it was hilarious. He would pick them up and try to put them on and when he couldn't he would try to get me to put them on.

It was such a beautiful day today and since we were short 2 kids we decided to take Noah on his first ride in the Jeep! He LOVED the wind and sunshine.
We went out to some of Carrie and BJ's land so Jason could give us the tour. This is the beautiful sunset we got to see as we were leaving.

This is Chicken. She is the last remaining survivor of our flock. I feel bad she is all alone, but she has gotten super friendly now that it is just her. She follows us around and lets us pet her. I hope she can avoid the unfortunate fate our other chickens met. We love having chickens around.

Have you ever seen the show Hoarders? If not you need to. I fear Macy is headed down that road. The kid saves everything and throws nothing away. She has too many "collections" to count. Her latest is sticks. She has to pick up every stick she comes across. She looks everyday when we walk home from school and brings at least 1 home, if not more. I finally made her move her collection outside. But here is her stick collection.
Another example of why I think she is going to become a hoarder. I recently cleaned out my purse and threw away an empty bottle of hand sanitizer. Later I see her walking through the house with it in hand.
Me: Macy, did you dig that out of the trash?!
Macy: Um yeah. There was still some left.
Me: No there wasn't.
Macy: Yes Mom, SEE! (as she shows me this minuscule film on the bottom of the bottle, that I am pretty sure no one could ever actually get out).
Me: Macy, if you want hand sanitizer I have some brand new bottles in the bathroom. Do you want me to get you one?
Macy: No! There is some left in this one! As she walks off and saves the bottle. The child seriously won't part with anything!

I notice Macy drawing this picture earlier this week in church. I picked it up and giggled. She got really embarrassed and quickly drew a shirt on me.

This is how we found Bella. Poor kitty. She got her self in this bag and I wasn't completely convinced she knew how to get back out. We laughed at her for a good while and she eventually managed to get herself out.

My friend Natalie at work gave me a recipe for some SUPER yummy cookies! Me and Mackenzie made a batch and the kids loved them. She loved cutting all the fun different shapes. We had some leftover homemade icing that made them that much better! YUM!

Precious smile!
Today we were planting some stuff in the garden and we got the girls old baby swing back out. Noah LOVED it! He played in the swing for probably 45 minutes. He loved that Mackenzie kept running back over to give him pushes. It was nice too that I didn't have to worry about him eating leaves/rocks/dirt!
