Jason is a master craftsman. I have been wanting a charging station to corral all our cords, phones, iPads, computers and ridiculous amount of electronic devices we have to charge. I looked all over the Internet and couldn't find one I liked. They were either crazy expensive or didn't hold enough. So Jason built me this completely perfect charging station that fits exactly where I wanted it. Great work dear!

The girls had been begging me to go roller skating and I promised them we would go over Christmas break. Through a series of strange events we were not able to go several times but I managed to slip it in the last day of Christmas break. They don't have many friends that like to skate because they fall a bunch and then decide they hate it. But Riley and Reese were up for it. They all had a so much fun!

The kids played outside in the snow again today. They got to play longer because it wasn't quite as cold, windy and the sun was out. But they still stayed out till they were all turning blue. They never get a bath together anymore because they really don't fit but today was the exception because they were freezing!!

We had a wonderful Christmas all cooped up in the house together. The kids woke us up bright and early and were so excited to see what they got from Santa. The girls asked for American Girl dolls so they weren't too surprised, but Noah had no idea he was getting a train table. I thought his head might start spinning he was so excited! Noah and the girls played with it all day.
Macy made this adorable "kaleidoscope" for Mackenzie's stocking and wrote this sweet note. She has such a thoughtful heart.
We ate cinnamon rolls and played with toys and then the kids played outside in the snow. We finished the evening with some movies and a delicious steak dinner. I was sad we didn't make it to OKC to see everyone that day but it was great to just stay home and relax as a family.

We had a fantastic Christmas Eve! We went shopping with Deborah and had a nice lunch at Cattleman's. Then we headed home and went to the candlelight service at FBC Duncan. And when we got home we got the kids in their Christmas PJ's, put out reindeer food and set out milk, cookies and letter for Santa. Then the work for the adults began! Me and Jason made cinnamon rolls, filled stockings and assembled train sets. What a perfect day!
