Me and my friend Natalie did the Frost Ya Fanny 5K run in Lawton today. It was actually really pretty out and about 65 degrees. I don't think I could have done it had it been really cold! I was really happy with our time considering I haven't been training at all. We both ran the whole thing and finished in about 35 minutes!
