We decided to start the kids on a very light school schedule this summer. I don't want them to lose some of their reading and math over the summer and we plan on doing a year around type schedule anyway. It leaves more flexibility throughout the year. So far they are doing great. We do a little reading, handwriting, math and grammar each day.
