We had our Valentine's banquet at church tonight and Noah found a fake mustache to put on. He looked very suave.

When we stay at the Country House someone has to take the trash home to throw it away because there isn't exactly garbage pickup out there. Jud and Holly usually take it but they had a lot of things from the party and we had created quite a bit of trash so we ended up cramming some in our car. Poor Noah barely fit in his seat. Luckily we only had to drive about 30 minutes to find a dumpster and make some room! It didn't seem to bother him too much.

Poor Fallyn hadn't gotten nearly enough naps in over the weekend but she got comfy with Bunny and Uncle Jay and finally crashed. Bunny is to Fallyn what Blankie is to Mackenzie. It's that serious.

We drove to Round Top tonight and about 30 minutes before we got there we noticed something on the horizon. It was so big we thought it was a building at first but it was the moon! Crazy huge!

I saw this thing on Instagram about "zoats". Basically you blend up 1/2 a zucchini and cook it with your oats to make it more filling. They claimed it didn't change the flavor and I was actually really impressed. It was easy to do and you couldn't taste the zucchini at all. And it didn't have a weird texture either. Awesome way to get a veggie in at breakfast too!
