Today I was feeling a little brave and decide to make a homemade hot chocolate mix and homemade marshmallows and it actually wasn't hard at all! The marshmallows were so fun and the possibilities for variations are endless. I love try new things!

Riley and Reese gave Mackenzie a bag of little people and little people accessories they don't really play with anymore. She was in heaven. She sat at the table for 2 solid hours sorting and playing with them, despite the Godzilla that was on the table annoying her!!

I can't believe my baby girl is 6 today!! She was so excited to get her favorite breakfast and me and Jason took her out to lunch at McDonald's. She is getting so big so fast. Her baby picture makes me sad. She was so tiny. Happy Birthday Kenzie!!

Macy was doing her homework and was trying to say the character in her story needed to "pay attention" and apparently she hears it so much as so fast it has become one word in her mind!
And ironically she needs to "pay attention" because the instructions say to write in complete sentences!

Tonight was Mackenzie's first soccer practice of the season and Noah insisted that he going to practice too. And he had to have the shin guards and his own ball. He loves to do everything they do. Luckily we had some old shin guards that were pretty small. He just needs some socks to go with them now.

We had a church bowling night tonight and the kids had so much fun. It's nice they are all getting old enough to enjoy things like this. Mackenzie wasn't quite strong enough to push the ball hard enough to get to the pins so Macy was helping her. So sweet.

We had Mackenzie's 6th birthday party today!! She wanted a My Little Pony cake and was VERY specific as to which ponies she wanted.
The babies at the party had all the fun they could handle and both crashed out in the floor.
And to make the day even more perfect me and Rachel went to the OU game and watched them dominate. BOOMER SOONER!

I took Noah to Mother's Day Out at the Simmons Center for the first time today and he was sooooo excited to get to take a lunch like his big sisters. He wasn't quite sure he wanted me to leave him but he ended up having so much fun and making new friends.
