Today was our first MOPS meeting of the year. I volunteered to do the newsletter each month and I'm pretty proud of how well it came out!

We have a calendar on the fridge Mackenzie made us in Pre-K last year and the picture on it this month is the first day of school one year ago. I can't believe how different we look!

Our church ran another race today. We didn't have quite as many but still had a good turn out and a lot of fun! Jason ran his in 26:56 which blew his old time away and I ran mine in 27:37, beat my last time by 30 seconds!

That is how more than 1 of our children has said "moon". It's so cute!
Tonight was a blue moon. I had no idea what that was but apparently they are really rare! Who knew?!

I have ran 100 miles this month! It's crazy, I never thought I would be able to do that. But I have found the BEST.RUNNING.PARTNERS.EVER. We run every Monday, Thursday and Saturday morning and the occasional extra day. I never thought I would find not 1 but 2 other people crazy enough to get up at 5:30 and run. But the world is so quiet and still and we love the time we get to chat and nothing feels better than starting your day with a run!

I had to run to Ace Hardware today to get some paint matched which then turned into a 30 minute ordeal (but I got the paint!) I let the kids play on my phone to distract them and I saw this picture later.
